Andrea McGuire
Founder and CEO
Empleos Fuera is run by Andrea McGuire, who is Irish and has lived in Spain for the past 6 years. She speaks English, Spanish, French and German. Before founding Empleos Fuera, Andrea worked in various international roles in Spain, Ireland, UK, Belgium, France and Germany. Having previously run the pre-employment screening division of the risk consulting firm Control Risks in London and with a background in project and people management in BP Oil Europe, Andrea is well used to interviewing candidates and assessing their suitability for specific roles. She has a European Masters in Management and is also a qualified TEFL teacher. Andrea has three children, who are currently at school in Spain (the youngest since age 3) and in her spare time she likes to spend time with her family, she loves to cook, ski and sometimes surf (badly!) or alternatively simply chill out with a book!
Gavin McGuire
Consultant
Gavin McGuire is an experienced solicitor and tax adviser who works closely with business owners. He has over 20 years of experience advising clients on legal and corporate transactions, and through this experience has worked with clients in all stages of the business life from start up to wind down. He is a consultant with Empleos Fuera and is working closely on all stages of the business process. Gavin speaks Spanish and German and has a good working knowledge of French.
